Financial Conduct Authority The Financial Conduct Authority expects any intermediary to disclose to the customer that a commission may be payable by the owner or creditor to the intermediary, and, if the customer asks, the amount of that commission. The Financial Conduct Authority has made it clear that "commission" means any financial consideration.

We are a Credit Broker not a Lender. We can introduce you to a panel of lenders. Whichever lender you choose we receive commission from them (either a fixed fee of fixed % of the amount you borrow) and different lenders pay different rates. For certain lenders, we do have influence over the interest rate, and this can impact the amount you pay under the agreement.

1. Whose products do we offer? Hawkstone Commercials is a credit broker and not a lender. We work with a number of carefully selected finance providers. This means that we can introduce you to a number of finance providers based on your credit rating and we will receive a commission for such instructions.   

 2. Which service will we provide for you? You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us. We will provide you with product information enabling you to make your choice about how to proceed.   

 3. Who regulates us? Hawkstone Farley Group Ltd trading as Hawkstone Commercials, The Old Fire Station, Pandy Park, Aberkenfig, Bridgend, CF32 9RE is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
